This form is for those who want to partner with Job Creators and Consulting Company Ltd. to supply or post recruited workers to their organization now or in the future. To enable JCC plan or post workers to your organization now or in the future. If you request for contract workers the posting is subject to our approval based on the negotiation and agreement. This job type is paid off or spread at milestones, of the sum of payment agreed and the worker/job is terminated at the completion of the job. The duration of the job is negotiable and reviewable. • A fee of N100,000 is paid as partnership registration fee which covers intermittent supervision, training and feedback to enhance effective delivery of the contract. This is a one-time payment per annum as long as the contract lasts.
• We take 50% of each staff first month salary from your organization as our service charge, it is a one-time payment.
1. ALL WORKERS POSTED OR RECURITTED BY JCC JOINS;
• Pension Scheme.
• Healthcare Scheme.
• Saving and Loan Scheme.
2. JCC takes 20% service charge from the sum of work(s) given to you on every job.
3. Jcc performs side supervision and training and regulatory role on workers to improve productivity and discipline.
4. Your employer or place of primary assignment can terminate your appointment at any time, if the need arises or in case of default or slack in performance or duty.
5. Jcc gets feedback from all places of assignment to continue counselling and talking and to portion disciplinary action against any slacking workers.
6. The safety of the workers is a shared responsibility of the PRIMARY PLACE OF ASSIGNMENT (PPA), (Employer) and the workers.
